One of the best ways to increase sales is to earn repeat business. And one of the best ways to communicate with your customers to keep them coming back is through email marketing -- but it can be tricky getting your customers to open those emails. Of course you want them to do more than open and read your news…you want them to buy something. According to Dean Levitt, the head of customer relations and marketing at Mad Mimi, a Brooklyn, New York-based email marketing company, you literally have just seconds to capture customers' attention with your email.
