Socrates also discovered that there was a select group of repeat buyers who came back to buy products within 24 to 48 hours of their initial purchase because they were involved in a project and needed additional products immediately. As a result, they could produce a special promotion to first-time buyers of particular products to increase this rate of repeat buyers.
